Where we deliver
Yaganchiz delivers inside Afghanistan. You can order from anywhere in the world; our own team buys the goods locally and delivers them to your recipient's door. Nothing is shipped across a border, so there are no customs forms, import duties or international tracking numbers involved.
We deliver to all 34 provinces, including Kabul, Herat, Mazar-i-Sharif, Jalalabad, Kandahar, Kunduz, Pul-e-Khumri, Taloqan, Lashkargah and the other provincial capitals. Remote districts can take longer, and for a few we will call you to confirm we can reach your recipient before we accept the order.
How long it takes
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days of payment clearing. Fresh produce is bought on the day it is delivered. Fridays and public holidays are not working days.
What happens at the door
Your recipient is called before delivery and asked to be present. They open and inspect the order at the door before accepting it. If anything is missing, damaged, spoiled or not what was ordered, they refuse that item on the spot and you are not charged for it. That inspection is the moment the order is accepted.
When the order is handed over our team takes a photo and sends it to you, usually within 1–3 hours of delivery, so you can see that it arrived.
Delivery is to a person, not a letterbox. We do not leave orders unattended. If nobody can take the delivery we will contact you and arrange another day.
What we need from you
A phone number that actually reaches your recipient, and a description of the address good enough for a courier in that city. Formal street addresses are often not usable in Afghan cities — a landmark, a district and a working phone number matter more than a street name. If we cannot reach your recipient the order waits and we will contact you.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
