Aahoo, Come Home!

Mahshid Nabavi opens on a clear and beautiful sky, with the mild spring air still carrying the smell of Nowruz and the soft scent of new grass. Off in one corner of that spring scene are a few wild fawns, grazing happily on the slope and around the peak, some of them lying on the flatter ledges of rock and chewing the cud. The ones that have come down the mountain take such long, mischievous leaps across the grass on their thin legs that their bodies seem hardly to weigh anything. Text in Dari/Persian.
