The Transfer of Power from Professor Burhanuddin Rabbani to Hamid Karzai

Zakaria Osuli traces this book to a particular day: Thursday, 13 Jadi 1397, when students and researchers invited him to the Ibn Khaldun library in Shirkhan village, Rukha district, in Panjshir. He had years earlier compiled the text of the first Bonn agreement and distributed it free to research centres and libraries. Young people came in from everywhere; the talk was eager, exact and full of questions; and at the end of it they all said the same thing — that the Bonn conference needed an independent piece of scholarly research devoted to it. Text in Dari/Persian.
