How Yaganchiz Works

Yaganchiz lets you order groceries, essentials and gifts for someone in Afghanistan from anywhere in the world. You buy online, we buy locally, and your recipient gets a doorstep delivery they can check before accepting.

1. Choose products online

Browse the shop and add what your recipient needs: groceries, fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts, baby essentials, hygiene products, books or gifts.

2. Add your recipient's details

At checkout, give the recipient's full name, a phone number that reaches them, the province, city, district and neighbourhood, and the nearest landmark. Most Afghan addresses are found by landmark rather than street number, so that last detail matters more than you might expect.

3. Pay online

You pay in full at checkout, from any country. Your recipient pays nothing.

4. We buy locally

Our team in Afghanistan buys the goods there rather than shipping them in. That is why fresh produce, dairy and bread are possible, and why there are no customs forms or import duties.

5. Delivery, checked at the door

A courier calls ahead and delivers to the door. Your recipient opens and inspects the order before accepting it, and can refuse anything missing, damaged, spoiled or wrong — you are not charged for a refused item.

6. Photo proof it arrived

A delivery is not done until you know your family has it. When our team hands the order over they take a photo, and we send it to you with a confirmation message by WhatsApp or email, usually within one to three hours. No guessing, no “did it arrive?”

Where does Yaganchiz deliver?

All 34 provinces of Afghanistan. Some orders need a follow-up call if the address needs clarifying or an item is not available locally. See where we deliver.

How long does it take?

Most orders are delivered within a few days of payment clearing. Remote districts take longer. If timing matters for an occasion, ask us first.
